This course is part of the IVR Development Series and provides a comprehensive introduction to NICE CXone Studio scripting and IVR development.
This course is part of the IVR Development Series and provides a comprehensive introduction to NICE CXone Studio scripting and IVR development. Divided into two sections Desktop Studio and Web Studio, Learners will start by installing and navigating the Studio environment, then progress through building functional scripts using Studio actions and inbound call flows.
The Desktop Studio section covers advanced tasks such as assigning points of contact, editing scripts, and recording voice prompts. (Note: Desktop Studio End of Life is March 31, 2027.)
The Web Studio section introduces the modern CXone Web Studio interface and its digital routing capabilities.
The course concludes with best practices for managing the full script development lifecycle including workflow promotion, security, and troubleshooting.
