  • Setting up appointment booking capabilities.
  • Configuring the Knowledge Hub and Base.
  • Establishing seamless transfer by context workflows.
• Testing and Deployment: Review call history, test your configuration, and successfully assign your new AI Receptionist to a dedicated number.

Important notes:

• You must have administrative permissions for your RingEX account to configure the AI Receptionist.
• Your account must have at least one dedicated number implemented to be able to assign an AI Receptionist.
