RingEX administrator onboarding webinar
This 1-hour webinar is designed specifically for Administrators undertaking the initial creation and setup of their RingEX account.
In this course, we will give a walk-through of the Admin Role and then you will learn to:
- Configure your phone system include setting up company information, defining operating hours, and completing TCR registration.
- Managing users, assigning licenses, and controlling incoming calls.
- Ensure call flow efficiency with auto receptionist, IVR menus, and dial by name directory.
- Monitor System Health and Find Support Resources
