The course is designed to teach your Help Desk agents to effectively manage and use RingCentral Office efficiently, and to assist your staff in resolving common issues. Students get an overview of the RingCentral Office administrative portal, administrative tools, and End User tasks. Students learn how to perform user moves, adds, and changes while associating users with phones. After the End User and Administrator topics, this course focuses on resolving issues with call routing, call quality, and phone setup issues. Students learn how to diagnose issues, resolve them, and how to prevent future issues from occurring.

This full-day class combines the RingCentral Office End User, Administrator, and Help Desk courses. It is required that students complete the End User and Administrator courses prior to the Help Desk portions of the course.
